Orly was born and raised in Jerusalem, Israel. She graduated from the Gymnasia high school, and spent her free time in various roles in the Tsofim. 

Orly served as a Lieutenant in the Gadna in the Israeli IDF. 

She holds an MBA in Business Management and currently works as a Corporate Operations Manager at a Property Management company in Las Vegas.

Orly served as a lay leader Chairwoman of the board of "Shevet Pisga", the Las Vegas chapter of the Israeli Scouts, between 2012-2019.  In filling this role, she had the privilege to connect children and families in the community, as well as her own, to Israel and its beautiful traditions & culture. 

Once stepping down from that role she was honored to accept the position of National Chairwoman of the Israeli Scouts Chapters in the U.S.

Since 2004, Orly has been living in Las Vegas with her husband Effie, where they raise their two daughters, Yuval and Noa.
