Doron came to know the Tzofim during the years in which he served as the National Director of Young Judaea, the Tzofim’s sister movement in the United States. Throughout his tenure with Young Judaea he worked closely with the top international leadership of the Tzofim and helped to promote and develop its projects and programs on both sides of the ocean. He has spent much of his career working on behalf of Israel and Zionist education. He currently serves as the senior executive for the American Associates, Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
