Yaniv Biran is the dynamic CEO of ‘Friends of Israel Scouts – Tzofim’ in North America, representing the Tzofim and the Jewish Agency for Israel as their Shaliach. With a strong educational background, Yaniv holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the esteemed Open University of Israel.

 

His journey in leadership and service began within the ranks of the Tzofim in Israel, where he dedicated 14 years to various pivotal roles. Notably, Yaniv culminated his tenure by serving as the Tzofim’s Chief of Staff, showcasing his leadership skills and commitment to the organization’s mission.

 

Yaniv also contributed to the defense of Israel during his military service, serving as a combat soldier in the IDF’s special forces.

 

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Yaniv shares his life with his beloved wife, Tamar, embodying the values of family and community that are at the heart of the Tzofim’s mission.
