Chairman of Tzofim Tzabar Olami and of the Hebrew Scouts Movement in Israel

Raz Pearl is a social entrepreneur and longtime community leader who has volunteered with the Israeli Scouts (Tzofim) for more than 22 years. For the past five years, he has served as Chairperson of the Israeli Scouts Movement, Israel’s largest youth movement, and of Tzofim Olami, its international branch.


Under Raz’s leadership, the Tzofim have become a driving force in non-formal education, emphasizing values of tolerance, equality, mutual respect, and social responsibility. He oversees the work of 750 volunteers who operate 250 local chapters across Israel, engaging more than 100,000 youth in programs that foster leadership, community involvement, and connection to
Israeli identity.


Raz also leads Tzofim Olami, which includes 50 chapters across North America, Europe, and Australia, uniting thousands of teens and volunteers worldwide around shared values of service, Jewish peoplehood, and love for Israel.
Committed to building a stronger and more connected society, Raz works tirelessly to empower the next generation to take action, lead with integrity, and shape a more inclusive future for Israel and the Jewish world.
